The farm Olivar del Valle is located between Bolanos and Moral de Calatrava in the centre of Castilla la Mancha. It covers an area of approximately 700 hectares where cereals, vines and mostly olives are grown.
 

Its olive trees, skilfully grown, form a beautiful landscape. The various areas of the farm recall the past: Olivar Grande, Americano, Cerro del Tesoro, Guijo, Calares, Palomitas, Cesáreo, etc. Amongst the centennial trees, mostly of Cornicabra quality, there are stunning Arbequina trees.

In the last decade of the past century, 20 hectares each of picual, arbequina and hojiblanca have been planted. This was strictly done in harmony with the land and taking the utmost care to preserve and promote the health of the trees and their fruits, using only natural products and no pollutants.
